When BaseballAmerica puts their Rays top 10 prospect list online Wednesday, they'll have with it a write-up, a chat, and a best tools sidebar. I've seen the list already since it's in the print version, but I don't know if the best tools thing is also there; if it is, I haven't seen it. So right now I'll put down who I think has the best tools. The categories are:
Best Hitter for Average: Evan Longoria
Best Power Hitter: Evan Longoria
Best Strike-Zone Discipline: Fernando Perez
Fastest Baserunner: Desmond Jennings(barely over Perez)
Best Athlete: Desmond Jennings
Best Fastball: Jake McGee
Best Curveball: Wade Davis
Best Slider: David Price
Best Changeup: Mitch Talbot
Best Control: Heath Rollins
Best Defensive Catcher: Shawn Riggans
Best Defensive Infielder: Patrick Cottrell
Best Infield Arm: Neil Walton(I admit with the last 2 I just copied last year's picks)
Best Defensive Outfielder: Fernando Perez
Best Outfield Arm: D.J. Jones(this is sort of a wild guess)
What do you guys think?
My top 30 will be updated either later tonight or tomorrow.

I like that list alot. Offhand, I can't think of any changes I'd make. I'm not knowlegable enough to now about best infield arm, etc., but that appears right.
What about Eduardo Morlan's fastball? Doesn't he throw just as hard as McGee and more consistently (I know he's in the bullpen).
